In March 2006, Securities Industry Association (SIA), headquartered in DC, hired Taste to
cater its monthly luncheons.  Taste excitedly agreed to plan menus that are luncheon-
friendly by being quick and easy to eat, yet flavorful, something we hear is often hard-to-
find.

Taste plans a different menu for each monthly luncheon, adhering to SIA's budget and
keeping in mind different preferences, and keeping it absolutely fresh and delicious, of
course.

The first luncheon's menu included grilled chicken sandwiches with almond-cilantro "pesto"
on fresh Italian bread, egg salad sandwiches with capers and tarragon, topped with
smoked salmon (for Lent), orzo pasta salad with pine nuts, lemon and feta, and an
antipasto salad.  For dessert, a variation on Michel Richard Citronelle's chocolate bar,
inspired by the great chef himself.
